Liz has lead many sound healing, reiki, and mindfulness/yoga sessions for persons of all ages in many different settings-each session lending itself to new, diverse, and spiritual experiences. Whether it be your first time or a repeat participant these individual and community healings can be so powerful, uplifting, and therapeutic.

Sound Healing
Sound healing is a powerful and transformative practice that has been utilized for centuries across various cultures. Private Reiki Session

Integrated Energy Transfer (IET)
Integrated Energy Transfer (IET) is a comprehensive and holistic healing modality that focuses on releasing past traumas and emotional blockages to promote overall well-being. Developed by Stevan J.
